1. Refunds will not be provided if you have received the item and failed to report any issues within two (2) days of the delivery date. This policy is in place to verify that any damage incurred did not originate from our end and to confirm that your jewellery arrived in pristine condition. Any damage reported after the initial 2-day period will not be eligible for a refund, as it will be assumed that the damage did not arise from our side. Kindly handle your jewellery with care. :)
2. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process and send back the item to us within the specified timeframe. Please note that shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
OOnce your order is with the delivery courier, it is no longer our responsibilty. Any disputes will be between you and the courier.
